Normatec Elite vs Normatec 3
Most people should get the Normatec 3 Legs. Hyperice lists the same 7 compression levels (40–110 mmHg) and the same 5 zones on both, and the 3 is $899 as of 27 Oct 2026, against $1,099 for the Elite. Get the Elite only if you want the controls in the boots, with no hose and no separate control unit, and the battery Hyperice lists as up to 4 hours instead of up to 3.
Hyperice's own line on the Elite is "Say goodbye to hoses and separate control units." That is the $200. The Normatec 3 page lists a separate control unit, two leg attachments, a Normatec hose, and a 15V wall charger in the box.

Leave it at home: Normatec 3
- You want the same listed pressure range and the same five zones, and you would rather keep the $200.
- The boots live in one spot, so a hose and a control unit are fine.
- You may add hips or arms later. Hyperice sells those attachments for a Normatec control unit, and the Lower Body and Full Body sets already bundle them.
