Moki Allston, 267 Western Ave, lists traditional saunas and cold plunges. The Allston page lists Monday, Wednesday and Thursday 4pm to 9pm, Friday 2pm to 9pm, Saturday 9am to 9pm and Sunday 9am to 8pm. Tuesday is not on that list. Moki South Boston, 385 Dorchester Ave, lists three traditional saunas and cold plunges, including outdoor plunges. That page and the FAQ list Monday to Thursday 5pm to 9pm, Friday 4pm to 8pm, Saturday 9am to 1pm and Sunday 8am to 8pm. The Somerville page footer lists Friday as 11am to 8pm, so confirm Friday before you go. Backyard Boston, 5 & 15 Necco St, lists a sauna and a cold plunge. The recovery page sets the plunge at 50 to 59°F. The homepage and the recovery page list Monday to Friday 5am to 8pm, Saturday 7am to 1pm and Sunday 7am to 1pm. The contact page also prints a second schedule, with Friday ending at 6pm and Sunday starting at 8am, so confirm the day you go. The amenities page lists Normatec compression. It does not say which length the $59 covers. Cancel or reschedule up to 12 hours before the start for a 90% refund or a full gift-card credit. Inside 12 hours, the reservation is charged in full. Healthworks Back Bay, 441 Stuart Street, is a women's fitness club. The club page lists a sauna, a steam room, a cold plunge, a whirlpool and massage. Hours are Monday to Friday 5:30am to 9pm, and Saturday and Sunday 7:30am to 8pm. A session price is not on that page. B/SPOKE South Boston, 54 Old Colony Ave, lists a 50-minute shared visit with an infrared sauna and a cold plunge. B/SPOKE East Boston, 125 Sumner St, lists an infrared sauna. A session price is not on the recovery page or those studio pages.

SweatHouz South Boston, 467 West Broadway, lists a private infrared sauna and cold plunge. Hours are not on that page. SweatHouz lists an intro session at $50, a double dose at $59 and a drop-in at $90. A 3-pack is $169, a 5-pack is $259, a 10-pack is $449 and a 20-pack is $799. Launch is $99 a month for 2 sessions, Reset is $169 a month for 4 sessions, and Elevate is $269 a month for 8 sessions. Remedy Place, 400 Summer St, lists saunas, an infrared sauna, ice baths, cryotherapy, red light and compression. Hours are Monday and Tuesday 11am to 7pm, Wednesday to Friday 10am to 8pm, and Saturday and Sunday 9am to 7pm. A session price is not on that page. Cloud-9 Float & Wellness, 162 South Street in Jamaica Plain, lists float, infrared sauna and red light. Hours are 9am to 10pm every day. The booking store lists a 60-minute float at $89, or $59 with the 60-minute float membership, and a 90-minute float at $99, or $69 with the 90-minute membership. The homepage lists first-time floats at $59. A 30-minute infrared sauna is $49 and a 60-minute infrared sauna is $59. A sauna guest is an extra $20 on arrival.
