Almost Heaven and Redwood Outdoors
Almost Heaven at Select Saunas suits a buyer who wants that dealer’s barrel price, the Harvia kilowatts on the dealer page, and Select’s shipping and return sentences. Redwood Outdoors suits a buyer who wants a Canadian heat-treated hemlock outdoor sauna with an included Harvia KIP heater and freight calculated at checkout. Included kilowatts and interior sizes differ on every pair below, so this page does not treat a lower sticker as one box.

Outdoor saunas
Almost Heaven prices are Select Saunas variant prices from 2 Nov 2026, 09:13 CET. The maker column uses that same re-read. Where a regular price is shown, the current maker price is the Fall Favorites sale price almostheaven.com still showed at that read. Its sale page says the sale ran through 31 Oct 2026, 11:59 PM ET, so that price can go back to the regular price at any time. Redwood prices are the sale price and the regular price printed on each product page on 1 Nov 2026, 18:50 CET. Each of those prices is marked checked 1 Nov 2026. “Spacious for” is the second capacity line on that spec table. The included heater is the line under Included with Purchase. Other heater wattages on the same page are options, not the included unit.

Shipping, returns, warranty
Quoted from the named page. Select Saunas lines were read on 31 Oct 2026 and were not re-read on 1 Nov. Redwood Outdoors lines were read on 1 Nov 2026, 18:50 CET. Redwood’s shipping policy does not print a flat sauna freight dollar, so none is added here.
- Select Saunas shipping. The shipping policy says free shipping on most US orders, and “Canada - $899 CAD flat-rate freight.” The FAQ says “We ship free to the continental US and Canada.” and “Flatbed (FTL – Full Truckload) shipments. We charge $1,299 for FTL shipments.” The Salem page says that model “will ship via an LTL truck and will arrive curbside on a single pallet.” Lewisburg’s page says “The Lewisburg will ship via a flatbed truck.” Neither product page prints $1,299. - Almost Heaven shipping. On the Salem and Pinnacle pages, almostheaven.com says “This sauna ships within 6-8 weeks of purchase.” The announcement bar says “Quick Ship Kits: 3-5 Days.”
- Select Saunas returns. “Almost Heaven Saunas: Return for any reason, within 30 days of receipt. A 20% restocking fee will apply.” Also: “Our original inbound as well as outbound shipping costs are not refundable and will be deducted from the total refund amount. Please note that we do not offer free returns.” Refund policy at Select Saunas Anzeige · affiliate link
- Select Saunas warranty, Salem page. “Limited lifetime warranty on the Salem sauna room; 5-year limited lifetime warranty on the heater and its components, with a 1-year warranty on the heating elements (coils).” The same page says the sauna is “backed by the original manufacturer's warranty.”
- Redwood Outdoors shipping. Each product page above says “Shipping calculated at checkout.” The shipping policy says “You are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address at the time of order. If a shipment must be re-routed or re-shipped due to an address error, you will be charged any additional shipping fees.” “Shipping and handling rates may change over time, but you'll always be able to review the final charges before placing your order.” “Redwood Outdoors selects the shipping method, carrier, and number of shipments. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees.” “All freight shipments are booked with an “appointment required” service to ensure you have time to prepare for delivery.” Shipping policy at Redwood Outdoors
- Redwood Outdoors returns. “For returns of defective or unsatisfactory (non-transport-damaged) products, contact [email protected] within 30 days of delivery. Returns must be dissembled, palletized, and sent to us for refund. We may request photos or require the return of the product before issuing a credit or refund. Returns without prior written approval will not be accepted. If a return is approved, we may issue a partial credit, full credit, or refund (minus shipping and handling fees and other applicable costs) via your original payment method. Products returned outside these conditions will not be eligible for credit or refund.” Refund policy at Redwood Outdoors
- Redwood Outdoors sauna warranty. The wooden-sauna warranty says it is from “RED ROCK OUTDOORS CO., D/B/A REDWOOD OUTDOORS”. “(d) The Warranty Period begins on the date you receive delivery of the Product and continues for one (1) year.” “(c) This Limited Warranty extends only to the original end-user purchaser of the Product (“you”) and does not extend to any subsequent owner, transferee, reseller, assignee, or other person.” “Because our saunas are manufactured using natural wood materials, natural variation and minor cosmetic characteristics are normal and do not constitute defects unless they materially impair the structural integrity or intended function of the Product.” Sauna warranty at Redwood Outdoors
- Redwood Outdoors, Harvia heater warranty. “(i) Heating elements are covered for one (1) year.” “(ii) All other non-consumable components of the Product are covered for five (5) years on a limited basis.” “(e) Commercial or other non-residential installations are excluded unless otherwise expressly agreed by Redwood Outdoors in writing.” Harvia heater warranty at Redwood Outdoors
Who should pick which
- The 2-person Almost Heaven barrel is the Salem at $4,176. The Duo lists a $4,899 sale price, checked 1 Nov 2026, for up to 2 people, with an included 6 kW Harvia KIP and a hemlock shell. The interiors are not the same numbers.
- The 4-person Almost Heaven barrel is the Pinnacle. Redwood’s 4-person room on this table is a cabin at a $6,299 sale price, with an included 6 kW Harvia KIP. Shape and interior differ.
- Princeton lists $6,252 and an 8 kW heater. Redwood’s 6-person barrel lists a $5,299 sale price and an included 6 kW Harvia KIP, and the spec table also says spacious for 4. The heaters are not the same kilowatts.
- Lewisburg lists $6,358, an 8 kW standard line, and flatbed shipping on its own page. Redwood’s 8-person barrel lists $6,899 and an included 8 kW Harvia KIP. Both name 8 kW. The interiors are not the same, and Select’s Lewisburg diameter is the larger of the two lines above.
- The extra-wide barrel is the 7-foot-diameter row. No Almost Heaven model on this page is described as 7 feet in diameter, so it is not paired.
How we compared
