Buying Almost Heaven: Select Saunas or the maker

Select Saunas is a dealer. almostheaven.com is the maker. On 2 Nov 2026 the named models below had a price on both sites. Where we also opened the heater or size block, the note says whether those lines match. A lower dealer price is not a claim that the two listings are the same box.

selectsaunas.com is the only Select Saunas site this page uses. Select’s own page source says selectsaunas.com is its only website and warns that a copy of the store is not affiliated with them. Check the address bar before you pay. This page does not name or link that copy.

Prices on both sites, 2 Nov 2026

Select’s column is the dealer variant price. The almostheaven.com column is the maker’s regular price (the compare-at price on its product page). The gap column compares Select with that regular price. Buttons go to the dealer.

Dated note: on 2 Nov 2026, 09:13 CET almostheaven.com still showed Fall Favorites sale prices (20% off) on Madison, Pinnacle, Huntington, Bridgeport, Rainelle. Its sale page gives the end of that sale as 31 Oct 2026, 11:59 PM ET, so those prices can go back to the regular price at any time. They are in the maker column as a dated note only. The gaps do not use them.

Left off this table on purpose: Timberline at Select ($9,963) against Almost Heaven’s “Timberline Outdoor Sauna — Harvia Collection,” which is a different listing. Himalaya, Olympus, Seneca and Shenandoah titles did not match closely enough to pair. Allegheny was on almostheaven.com at $10,722 and was not in the Select product list we read.

Shipping

Select Saunas publishes more than one shipping timeline. The lines below are copied from the pages named, checked 31 Oct 2026. They do not say the same thing, so this page does not collapse them into one number.

• Shipping policy: free shipping on most US orders. Exceptions named there: Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Alaska, or any other non-contiguous US address, quoted at their cost. “Canada - $899 CAD flat-rate freight.” Custom saunas: “some will take at least 2-4 weeks before they are ready to ship.” A difficult-delivery fee is possible. • FAQ: “We ship free to the continental US and Canada.” Then: “Flatbed (FTL – Full Truckload) shipments. We charge $1,299 for FTL shipments.” FAQ at Select Saunas ↗ Anzeige · affiliate link
• The Salem product page’s shipping text: “most take about 1-2 weeks before they are ready to ship. If your sauna ships flatbed (large barrel saunas as well as cabin saunas) there will be a 3-6 week lead time.” The Salem description also says that model “will ship via an LTL truck and will arrive curbside on a single pallet.”
• The Timberline page says that model ships on a flatbed and that the buyer offloads it. It does not print the $1,299 figure. The Shenandoah page says flatbed lead time is 3-6 weeks in one place and “anywhere from 6-8 weeks” in another.

Returns and cancellation

From the refund policy, same day:

• “The item must be unopened and unused to be eligible for return.”
• “Almost Heaven Saunas: Return for any reason, within 30 days of receipt. A 20% restocking fee will apply.”
• “Our original inbound as well as outbound shipping costs are not refundable and will be deducted from the total refund amount. Please note that we do not offer free returns.”
• The opening paragraph also says a return can be “a full refund, minus a 5% payment processing fee,” and then the Almost Heaven paragraph adds the 20% restocking fee. Both sentences are on the page.
• “Refusing the receipt of your order upon delivery for any reason other than damaged goods or shipping error will be subjected to a 20% restocking fee plus any and all applicable shipping charges.”
• Cancellation, first sentence: “You may cancel your order within the first 12 hours after placing it, given that the shipment has not yet been crated or dispatched.”
• Cancellation, next sentence: “After the initial 24-hour period, orders cannot be canceled, and our standard return policy will apply.” The page states both windows. This site does not pick one.

Price match

The price-match page says “Found a lower price? We'll match it!” and then lists limits, including: “The competitor must be an Authorized Retailer of the product in question.” “The competitor must be an online-only store, i.e. they can not have a retail location.” “The item must be in stock on the competitor's website.” “You must be able to document the lower price, for example by showing us a a screenshot and a link to the competitor with the lower price.” “If the competitor is charging for shipping, their shipping cost will be included in the calculation of the price match.”

Warranty

The Salem product page says “Limited lifetime warranty on the Salem sauna room; 5-year limited lifetime warranty on the heater and its components, with a 1-year warranty on the heating elements (coils).” The same page also says the sauna is “backed by the original manufacturer's warranty.” The Logan page uses the same limited-lifetime wording for the room and the heater. This page does not shorten that to a single “full warranty” line.

Maker lead time, same day

Almost Heaven’s Salem and Pinnacle pages say “This sauna ships within 6-8 weeks of purchase.” The announcement bar also says “Quick Ship Kits: 3-5 Days.” Ask which clock applies to the exact kit before you compare it with Select’s 1–2 week, 2–4 week, or 3–6 week sentences above.

Checklist

1. Confirm the address is the contiguous United States, or ask for a quote. The shipping policy and the FAQ do not describe Canada the same way.
2. If the model’s page says flatbed, plan for offload. The FAQ’s full-truckload charge is $1,299. The product page may not repeat that number.
3. Screenshot a lower price only if it meets the price-match limits, including an authorized online-only retailer with the item in stock.
4. Almost Heaven returns at Select are unopened and unused, inside 30 days, with a 20% restocking fee, and shipping is deducted. The cancellation lines are 12 hours and 24 hours, both printed above.
5. Take the heater’s amp line to a licensed electrician. See heater sizing.

How we compared

Dealer and maker prices were re-read from each product page’s data on 2 Nov 2026, 09:13 CET; the regular price is the compare-at price of the first option. Notes that mention a heater or an interior size, and the policy text, were read on the product and policy pages on 31 Oct 2026. We did not order a sauna.
