Warranty, freight, shipping and returns
- Warranty. Sweat Kingdom's warranty page calls it a 3-Year Limited Warranty for the original purchaser of a sauna bought directly from Sweat Kingdom Saunas, for personal residential use, covering structural and manufacturing defects for three years from the delivery date. - Freight. The shipping policy says modular sauna orders ship at a flat rate of $750, curbside LTL, to the contiguous United States. Large and custom saunas are quoted separately.
- Where it ships. The shipping policy says Sweat Kingdom ships to the contiguous United States only. It does not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations. - Returns. The refund policy says every sauna purchase includes a 30-day home trial from the delivery date, and that return freight is the buyer's responsibility (generally $750 to $1,500). It also lists "Discounted, clearance, or final-sale merchandise, except where a confirmed defect exists" among items that are not eligible for return.
