What to check before a studio visit
Read the studio's own site for its hours, what it says to bring, the booking link it publishes, and its first-visit or intro offer terms. If anything there is unclear, confirm it with the studio before you book. Use the page for the location you plan to visit, because a brand-wide page can list different hours and rules.

The checklist below covers those, plus session length, arrival time, the cancellation or late policy, private or shared rooms, and age or membership rules.
City lists are on the studio directory. Two examples are sauna and cold plunge studios in Orlando and studios in St. Louis. Services by city groups places by what their own sites say they offer.
What to check
- Hours and holiday hours. Find the hours for that location, and look for a holiday or special-hours note. If the site only shows a normal week, ask before you go on a holiday.
- How booking works. Use the booking link the studio publishes. See whether it opens their scheduler, or tells you another way to book.
- What they say to bring. Look for towel, swimsuit and water, and for a line that says the studio provides them.
- Session length. Note the length the studio prints for the service you want. That might be an infrared sauna, a cold plunge, a float, cryotherapy, or another session the studio lists.
- Arrival time. Look for a note about when to arrive, including time for a form or a waiver.
- Cancellation or late policy. Find the window for canceling or moving a session, and what the studio says if you are late.
- First-visit offers, as the studio states them. Read the first-visit or intro offer in the studio's own words, including who it is for and any limit the page prints, such as new guests or one use.
- Private or shared rooms. See whether the page calls the room private or shared, and whether a booking is for one person or for more than one.
- Age or membership rules. Read any minimum age, waiver or membership rule on that page. If you are booking as a guest, or for someone else, read that rule before you reserve.
How we put this together. This page is built from what studios publish on their own sites: hours, booking notes, what to bring, and the way they describe a first visit or intro offer.
