Sweat Kingdom Pod vs Barrel vs Cabin
For two people, the Sweat Barrel Regular is the lowest sticker: $5,145 with a Harvia 6 kW heater and no roof. The cedar bevel roof makes that Barrel $5,745. The Sweat Pod Regular is $6,045 with the roof included, $900 more than the Barrel without a roof and $300 more than the Barrel with one, on a smaller patio footprint. The Sweat Cabin is the four-person model: $7,445 for the 6 ft walls, a Harvia 8 kW heater and the roof included. For four to six people, the Sweat Cabin Deluxe is $11,245 and The Ascent is $11,745 on sweatkingdom.com (31 Oct 2026).
Every sauna in this comparison is traditional: an electric stone heater, not infrared. Sweat Kingdom does not sell an infrared sauna.
Sweat Kingdom site says: "BLACK FRIDAY SALE: SAVE UP TO $1,750 | ENDS NOVEMBER 30!" (sweatkingdom.com, checked 31 Oct 2026). Savings vary by model on each product page.

Which one, by size
- Sweat Barrel Regular: two people, the lowest sticker, and the roof is a separate $600 on the cedar bevel kit. Outside size is 6 ft high, 4 ft deep and 6 ft wide. Sweat Kingdom lists the Harvia 6 kW as a 30AMP, 10/2 hardwired connection.
- Sweat Pod Regular: two people, roof included, and a smaller outside box (77⅜ in high, 61¼ in deep, 53 in wide). Sweat Kingdom calls it a fit for smaller backyards and patios. The printed 40A, 8/3 line is for the Homecraft Revive 6 kW, which is $7,945 on the Regular, not for the $6,045 Harvia.
- Sweat Cabin: four people, roof included, and a large front window. The 6 ft walls are $7,445. The 7 ft walls are $7,945. For four people the Pod Large Harvia is $7,045, so the Cabin is the windowed cabin at $400 more than that Pod. The printed 50A, 6/3 line is for the Homecraft Revive 9 kW ($9,245 at 6 ft), not for the Harvia.
Four to six people
| Model (31 Oct 2026) | Price | Compare-at | Heater on that price |
|---|---|---|---|
| Sweat Cabin Deluxe | $11,245 | $11,995 | Homecraft Revive 9 kW WiFi, listed as 6 person |
| The Ascent, natural cedar | $11,745 | $13,495 | Homecraft Revive 9 kW WiFi, listed as 6 person |
| The Outpost | $26,495 | Same figure in the feed, no lower sale price | 4–6 person. The page says shipping and placement are quoted separately, and that it arrives fully assembled. |
Pod interior height and width, as the Regular size card prints them: H × D × W 70⅜ × 51 × 47⅜ in. That is 70⅜ in high and 47⅜ in wide, not the other way around.
What the sticker leaves out
- Roof. The Barrel page sells "No Roof Kit" at the $5,145 price and the cedar or black cedar bevel roof at $5,745. The Pod and Cabin roof option is "Included".
- Freight. The shipping policy says modular saunas ship for a flat $750 in the contiguous United States, curbside. Large and custom saunas are quoted. The Barrel, Pod and Cabin pages do not call these models modular, so confirm the freight before you pay.
- Electrician. The Pod and Cabin pages say the Homecraft connection needs a licensed electrician, and that most customers pay $500–$1,500 depending on distance from the panel. The Barrel page prints the 30AMP Harvia line and does not print a dollar figure for the work.
- Assembly. The Pod and Cabin pages say professional arranged assembly is $1,000. The Professional Assembly (Anzeige · affiliate link) product is $1,500 and says that price does not include site prep, staining or the electrical work. The Barrel page says some assembly is required and does not print its own hour count or assembly price.
- A pad. These three pages do not print a price for a base. The Barrel's outside footprint is the 6 ft by 4 ft Regular size above.
Lead time, trial and warranty
The Barrel and Pod pages say "5 week lead time" and that orders placed October–December may take longer because of holiday demand. The Cabin page says "5-week lead time" with the same October–December line. All three pages say a 3-year warranty and handcrafted in Idaho Falls. The refund policy, read 31 Oct 2026, says every sauna purchase includes a 30-day home trial from the delivery date, and that return freight is the buyer's responsibility. The same policy lists "Discounted, clearance, or final-sale merchandise, except where a confirmed defect exists" among items that are not eligible for return.
Warranty, freight, shipping and returns
- Warranty. Sweat Kingdom's warranty page calls it a 3-Year Limited Warranty for the original purchaser of a sauna bought directly from Sweat Kingdom Saunas, for personal residential use, covering structural and manufacturing defects for three years from the delivery date. Warranty page, read 31 Oct 2026.
- Freight. The shipping policy says modular sauna orders ship at a flat rate of $750, curbside LTL, to the contiguous United States. Large and custom saunas are quoted separately.
- Where it ships. The shipping policy says Sweat Kingdom ships to the contiguous United States only. It does not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations. The shipping policy says a missed freight appointment, after four contact attempts, can mean a $1,495 rerouting fee.
- Returns. The refund policy says every sauna purchase includes a 30-day home trial from the delivery date, and that return freight is the buyer's responsibility (generally $750 to $1,500). It also lists "Discounted, clearance, or final-sale merchandise, except where a confirmed defect exists" among items that are not eligible for return. Refund policy and shipping policy, read 31 Oct 2026.
These four lines are the policy text, not a promise about your address. Traditional electric stone heaters only. Sweat Kingdom does not sell an infrared sauna.

Heater kilowatts and your price per kWh: sauna electricity cost. The Barrel on its own is in the 2-person barrel sauna guide. The banner is also on the Black Friday 2026 recovery deals page.
How we compared
Prices are the variant prices on Sweat Kingdom's product pages on 31 Oct 2026, including the compare-at price and the "$750 instant savings" line shown next to each opening price. The $900, $300 and $400 gaps are those page prices subtracted. They are not a separate Sweat Kingdom price. Sizes, heaters, breakers, lead time and the heat lines are copied from those pages. The $750 freight is the modular rate in the shipping policy, and these three pages do not use the word modular. The $1,000 assembly line is on the Pod and Cabin pages. The $1,500 figure is the Professional Assembly product. The electrician range is the range the Pod and Cabin pages print for the Homecraft connection. Nothing here is a measurement of our own.
