The FAQ says the cold plunge and sauna areas are communal, with separate locker rooms. The contact page prints Monday and Tuesday 7:00a to 9:00p, Wednesday closed, Thursday to Saturday 7:00a to 9:00p, and Sunday 10:00a to 8:00p, with a note that Sunday shifts to 9:00a to 5:00p in October. The FAQ says the studio is open Monday to Saturday, 7a to 9p, and does not mention Wednesday or Sunday. Because those lines differ, this page does not pick one.
