A first visit is $35 for Greater Phoenix residents with a valid AZ ID at check-in. Other sessions are $49. The page also prints an intro offer at $39 for Arizona locals and $49 for out-of-towners. The location page says a session is 1 hour with the cold plunge, infrared sauna, warm water, red light and compression. Bring a bathing suit for the water and the sauna, a towel (the studio rents one if you forget), a water bottle, and comfortable clothes for compression. RESET Tempe lists a cold plunge, infrared sauna, red light, compression and a hot tub. Hours are Monday to Friday 6am to 1pm and 3pm to 8pm, and Saturday and Sunday 9am to 4pm. The Uptown membership page says a first session is $40 and a single session is $50 after that, and that those two prices are the same at every RESET location. Membership prices can differ by studio. Uptown lists $49 a month for 2 sessions, $69 a month for 2 sessions with rollover, and Foundation at $129 a month for 4 sessions with rollover. It also lists a plan at $169 a month. Memberships have a 3-month minimum, then renew month to month. The Gilbert how-it-works page describes a session of about an hour in this order: compression, infrared sauna, cold plunge, warm water, then red light. The other RESET location pages list those same services. A swimsuit rule is not on the pages we checked.

True REST Tempe lists float pods. Hours are 10am to 10pm every day. A 60-minute float is $89. A first float is $45. Memberships are $65, $110 and $200 a month, and members add extra floats for $59. The page says to arrive 20 minutes early and to bring yourself. The studio provides towels, earplugs, shampoo, conditioner and body wash. No swimsuit is needed. Shower before and after the float. If you wear contacts, bring a case and solution. A standard float is 60 minutes. Longer floats, up to 2.5 hours, are available. Book on the Tempe page or call the studio.

How this list works: free listings are in alphabetical order and are built from each studio's own public website. Studios can pay $29/month to be Featured; Featured listings are paid placements, always labelled "Featured · paid placement (Anzeige)", and never change other listings or any Renvo Score. We don't make health claims and don't rate studios. Nothing here is medical advice.
